Custom Rubber Molding — For over 67 years Corson Rubber Products has manufactured thousands of different molded rubber products. Our high quality products are used in virtually every industry and often with very demanding requirements.

Our Custom Molding and Rubber to Metal Bonding division specializes in high quality custom molded rubber products as well as bonding rubber to metal to serve a variety of applications.

Examples of just a few of the products we manufacture include black rubber mallets, FDA approved formula dental props, gaskets, seals, silicone vacuum cups, bellows, stoppers, rollers and wheel chocks. Our famous Corson Knobby Mats have been a mainstay in the food processing industry for years. These patented mats are also highly regarded for anti-fatigue and traction applications.

We offer custom molding capabilities in press sizes ranging from 300 ton 24" x 24" to 600 ton 36" x 36" presses. Our molded products group serves over 300 companies world-wide and is a supplier to a broad range of both domestic and international manufacturers and distributors. Materials used in our molding process include Nitrile, Silicone, EPDM, SBR, and Neoprene.
